Review generation and reputation for a plumbing company
Reviews are the highest leverage asset a plumbing company owns and almost nobody works at them. The median company here has 21 reviews, 34.3% sit under ten, and 23.1% have passed a hundred. That last number is the useful one. Going from twenty reviews to a hundred puts you in the top quarter of the trade, and it lifts map pack ranking and Local Services Ads rank at once.
The whole system is an ask at the door and a link. The tech, in the kitchen, job finished: ask whether the customer would put that in a Google review, then send the link before leaving the driveway. Asked that way, a third to half of customers do it. Asked by email three days later, closer to one in twenty.
The mistake is buying reviews or collecting fifteen in one week, both of which get filtered. Steady beats spiky. At two weeks, working means the ask scripted, the link firing after every job, and four to eight new reviews. The reviews guide has the wording.
